Biography

Pet care facility owners have a passion for pets and an intense desire for their business to be successful. Often what we find is the daily challenges of operating a business, can at times be overwhelming and place demands on us that distracts us from our focus and effort toward this goal. At times we think we’ve achieved it, only to find that the staff have allowed it to drift away from what our standards and expectations were. In this session Charlotte will address specific methods, procedures and efficiencies that can ensure an improved quality and consistency of care. She’ll also address specific staff education, training and engagement processes that can be implemented to bring quality care to a level of consistent pet and customer experience that maximizes the customer response to the services you provide.
