CEU Application

If you are the education provider of a course, program, or workshop you think should qualify for CEU credits OR if you attended or plan to attend an educational event you think should qualify for CEU credits, complete the relevant online submission form, below. PLEASE NOTE! if you are an attendee seeking credits for a course/program not currently approved, your application must be received at least 30 days before your CEU submission deadline.

IMPORTANT NOTE! If you are an education provider, there is a $25 fee per approved CEU. You will be invoiced after approval. Example: If your submitted program is approved for 2 CEUs, you will be invoiced for $50. Questions? Please contact [email protected].
