We hope you’re having a safe and successful summer! It may feel like the pups just started playing in the pool but fall and our next round of certification exams will be here before we know it. Believe it or not, we’re just TWO MONTHS from the deadline to register to take the Certified Professional Animal Care Provider (CPACP) exam and the Certified Professional Animal Care Manager (CPACM) exam. If you’re thinking about taking the exam, or if you’re already certified and ready to help spread the word, here are the exam updates you need to know:
The CPACP and CPACM exams take place October 14-28, 2017, but the deadline to register is September 15th. Which one to take and how can you register? Start here.
While the exams are offered during a two week time period, there are a finite number of seats available at testing centers per day. If you have your heart set on a particular date, don’t wait to register! Once a date is filled, that’s it.
Practice exams for both CPACP and CPACM are available online. Think you’re ready for the exam? Get a good idea by taking a practice exam. More info here.
A PACCC Exam Prep session has been added to the schedule at the Fifth Annual IBPSA Pet Care Services Educational Conference & Trade Show in Jacksonville, Florida. Happens a couple of weeks before the exams start. There are two date and time options to learn from successfully certified professionals. Learn more here.
The first Certified Professional Animal Care Operator (CPACO) exam will be available February 2018. The PACCC Exam Committee is still fine-tuning the exam questions and we want to get it done right, not fast
