Biography
Leadership is vital for the implementation of an infection prevention program. Leaders must be able to communicate their vision to promote a culture by which infection prevention is an integral part in caring for animals, people and their environment. Furthermore listening to their team is paramount to adapt and change based on shifting in disease status.
