I opened Playful Pups Retreat in 2010 after many years of wishing our area had an upscale pet care option.  We pride ourselves on providing a safe, fun and healthy place for our furry guests and on providing superior care and peace of mind for our human clients.

Playful Pups Retreat has two locations in Elizabethtown, PA.  Our Milton Grove Rd location offers luxury overnight lodging on 19 wooded acres and an array of fun and mentally stimulating activities to keep our furry guests engaged and having a great time while the staying with us. We tailor every dog’s stay to meet their unique characteristics and ensure that they receive lots of love and attention when they are away from home

Our Hershey Road location offers Traditional and Enrichment Doggie Daycare, as well as our amazing Puppy Social Skills daycare program designed specifically to help confidence blossom and develop important life skills. We also have a nice assortment of group training classes available to help dog parents have the best relationship possible with their furry family members. Playful Pups also has the best Doggie Splashpad in Central PA for our water loving guests!

I also founded Pitties.Love.Peace, a 501c3organization, which dedicated to helping dogs in need throughout Central PA in 2011. My life is truly fulfilled caring for dogs,  both those who are well-loved and have a family, and those waiting to be adopted.
