We are very excited to announce that we have a target date for our very first independent certification exams. PACCC’s Certified Professional Animal Care Provider (CPAC-Provider) exam will be offered for two weeks in November – from November 5-19, 2016. The CPAC- Provider is the person in charge of the daily handling of the animals cared for by a professional pet care business. We anticipate the Exam Handbook with the information you need about testing to be released within the next week or so. We will update you when it’s ready.
As reports of pet care tragedies at the hands of the untrained and unprofessional are seeming to grow exponentially, we are very excited to be able to bring to reality certification pet parents can trust. But not only is it our responsibility to be trained and prepared for pet safety, it’s also on our professional pet care community to spread the word to make sure pet parents know about independent certification and why it matters.
If you haven’t taken advantage yet of our “done for you” marketing package that makes it easy to stand apart from the competition while sharing your support of certification, it’s not too late! Not only will you be helping spread the good word to pet parents, you’re also helping PACCC stay funded to get us to our first round of exams. Every dollar counts and we’re counting on you!
