In this session Charlotte will address the geriatric pet and the different types of special needs pets that will require additional attention and care while in your care. She’ll present processes and procedures for tracking that care, veterinary communications and what to do in case of an emergency. Lastly, how do you decide what type of special needs pets you will accept, if any and those you cannot accept.
