Did you plan to take your certification test during the March testing window, only to have your exam canceled due to COVID-19 precautions? You’re not alone! All Prometric test centers in the United States and Canada are closed until May 31st. If your exam appointment has been impacted, you will receive an email notification informing you that your appointment has been cancelled with instructions for how to reschedule for a future date. No rescheduling fees will be applied. If you have not yet been contacted by Prometric, make sure you have your testing confirmation number and visit the PACCC- Professional Animal Care Certification Council page on Prometric’s website. You may also visit their Contact page to chat with a support agent or have a Prometric representative get in touch with you.
